Why are a lot of these old school tunes being taken down?
I mean most were only ever 12" private record shop releases, so it can't be anything to do with royalties. I'd hate to think it's the orignal artists having these pulled. After all, they only ever sold tunes because of word of mouth and mixtapes anyway. The scene was about sharing. I pray some of these guys haven't sold out like bitches.
@liferasta1 heard that, can be annoying when your your doing a youtube mix and find out after uploading it that one of the tracks you used ends up blocking the video.
@hombrerelents u dun know man. Have you seen Liquid's latest releases with Danny Byrd? It's as far from this as is possible to be. If you got a weak stomach don't listen to them because they're sick in a bad way.
are you by any chance the dj red ant,from the weekend rush crew,if so,i remember listening to a mix you done, imean not just one tune,after that i couldn't pick up the station again,think it was 1992. it was spot on.made me go home and practice.
