@starlessredbrush The major difference is that in the public conscience there is a strong connotation that furries are super sexualized, and while there are undoubtably some fans of MLP that are like that, the vast majority of Bronies don't want that sort of association, and so will get quite angry if you call them Furries (myself included, if I'm truthful). Besides, MLP isn't really full anthro, because while they have human like personalities, they don't have anthropomorphised bodies.
