A "natural born citizen" is a citizen of just one country at the moment he is born with no other country claiming jurisdiction over him. By denying standing to the birthers, the courts prevented THAT issue from being raised.

Obama was born a dual citizen, not a natural citizen, so it doesn't matter what his birth certiicate says. A "natural born citizen" is a citizen of just one country at the moment he is born with no other country claiming jurisdiction over him. Obama was as much a citizen of his father's country the day he was born as his mother's and therefore, inelgible to be president. By denying standing to the birthers, the courts prevented THAT issue from being raised.

Why do you people think obama is not a U.S. citizen, why dont you look at where McCain was born... Panama, in a naval station, he didnt even become a citizen by law till the early 1980's, Obama was born in hawaii several years after it became a state thus he is a natural born citizen of the U.S. , McCain was born in a different country in a base that pays rent to that country.Theyre both citizens people, if they werent, Congress would not let a small detail like that pass
