I think the greatest improvement (in my opinion) was all the lighting effects. It looks completely trmendous and I also love that this game has about 1000 cars, WRC, NASCAR, DAMAGE!!!, improved graphics, and Top Gear track!! Definately going to be Game of the Year!

Polyphony Digital compressed the Time Trail Demo alot leaving low resolution textures etc. However, you'd be surprized it you saw the real thing!

Yep, it is a very old build of the game and a very heavily compressed one that resulted in texture resolution loss etc. However, this Time Trail Demo was built to show the public GT5 new physics engine in which i'm very happy with, because they really did capture the essence of the Nissan 370z, its incredible how realistic it was. Polyphony Digital really proved that they are # 1 with their astonishing attention to detail :)

Some developing company has already stated that they have maxed out the potential of the 360 and have yet to max out the PS3 and still get next gen performance results. Don't forget to notice that the cars camera in outside view no longer follows the car and now stays centered so you can actually see the side of your car when you turn. It doesn't have that extra stiff feel when driving in 3rd person. This camera has been greatly improved. GT5 will be amazing.

the way i see it. both GT and Forza will be great games. Ive been a GT fan eversince the 1st game, and I can say that regardless of what features Forza has over GT5, what it all comes down to for me is Heart and Class. Both games have great cars, courses, ect, but Gran Turismo creators genuinely love what they do and what they're apart of. Also, I think Gran Turismo resonates more to the different facets of the industry and enthusiasts.
