loosen up, especially your slapping style. if you stay all tense and disfigured like that, you'll have serious problems with tendonitis later in life. i'd say trust me but you don't have to. you can find any thousands of other players you feel like trusting instead that can no longer play because they couldn't just loosen up and take it slow to learn the muscle memory.
