There adorable :) I got 2 map turtles a couple weeks ago there in a tank 3 times the size they were in they love it! Except there pretty shy at the moment i handle them everyday though and seem to be eating there food faster now and are getting more used to being on there stand when im around :)! They are adorable!
@deanthompson88 I've had them since they were about silver dollar size. They are now out in the back yard pond - they still let me feed them and pet them.
That is a realy nice looking map. I like your set up. its nice and deep. I bought a trough for my house for now until mine get bigger and then i will buy an actual pond(lastic) and still keep them in the house.
my Ouchita is a real meanie. he's nasty. one bad ass kid xD
but one of my Ocadia Sinensis is soooooo tame! he PREFERS to be hand fed =] and of course enjoys me scrathing his plastron and carapace. he allows me to pat his head too.
@dalsch i have 2 babys right now in a 40 gallon breeder can they BOTH live in there there hole life the people at petco said that and sometimes they are stupid...
@15neesh lol they can but if theyre 2 females you'll have big problems :p 10 inches range size for females, you'd need bout 150 gallon tank if it are 2 females!
They are in a 50 gallon tank. There are 2 turtles - the biggest in this tank and they are at least 9" from front to back of shell. I just recently got them out of the tank and put them in our pond in the back yard. THEY LOVE IT. Now all 5 turtles can swim and play together.
It looks similar to ours but a lot larger. You must have a female as they get to around 12 inches and the males around 4 inches. They are very graceful swimmers. It sure is beautiful. How many animals do you have?
well, not every pet--don't have a monkey, or a cat, and I could go on. Used to have a horse, goats, chickens, african geese, oscars, salt water fish. gotta moooove on - lol
thanks, but I'm going to have to separate them. Putting 2 of the smaller ones in a 20 gallon and leaving 3 in this bigger one. They are really outgrowing it.
Guys click on my name to see my turtle tank. Love to here you options on it. Cheers

Great video! Are those live plants that fall into the tank? Or are they growing inside the tank?
eHalleyb08 5 months ago
@eHalleyb08 No the plants are just the plastic plants you get at the pet store.

what lives in the tank now?
DarkDragonOfPride 2 years ago
I got rid of it , and wish I had kept it - because now I love the orandas-the big fancy goldfish.
I have 3 of them in a 29 gallon tank and I think I will be needing another tank for them. They just keep growing !!!
dalsch 2 years ago
Goldfish need 20gallons to start off. And 10 additional gals PER goldfish. :/

Thanks, he/she is about 9" from head to tail - both of them. And they've been doing the 'mating/slapping paw thing
As far as how many animals - go on to my channel and read under my description where I list all of them.
