until 2:20 its fake. The're done by a dutch company called nuformer. They do make really good building projections but these you see here are previews for customers i think. After 2:20 is real and done by obscura.

It isn't fake, they project light onto a surface (e.g. the buildings) and then using advanced software, map around the building to create the illusion.

Around 2:14, the projection of the white horizontal lines goes off the egde of the building into thin air. Makes me think it's fake, but not all of it.

same technology was used for the Tiesto nature challenge in Rotterdam what they do is project lasers onto the surface of a structure and create the illusion using a computer interface it's all an elaborate trick of light,

another thing to search up would be laser show on building, it's among the many links.
