If you look at Ohio as segments, as the electoral college does, Cuyahoga County votes as Hamilton (Cincinnati) and Franklin (Columbus) counties do, Democratic. McCain could have held a rally in urban Chicago and drawn followers. The point is that there was never a doubt that Cleveland was going to Obama
