This is my favorite of several published versions of Psalm 34's "Taste and See." It lends itself well to varied groups of instruments and some improvisation with choral groups. Written/published by Stephen Dean in the early 1980s, I think.
Ooops, my bad! I previously gave out the wrong composer for the hymn "Taste and See." This particular version in the YouTube video above is composed by James E. Moore, Jr. not Stephen Dean (who wrote a similar one based on Psalm 34).
