  • THE WHO es eso,la revista Rolling Stone lo dice,¿cuántos grupos pueden decir que TODOS sus miembros están entre los 10 mejores?

    The best singer+the best bass+the best drummer+the best guitarist=THE WHO;D

  • la mejor banda de rock de todos los tiempos: mejor vocalista (potencia de voz), mejor compositor, mejor baterista de todos los tiempos y el mejor bajista

  • It's videos like these that make me remember my first Girl Friend, I would put cake on her vagina and then eat it out.

  • policeman overtaken by......cake :-D

  • The Who at their funniest!

  • wow.. that was the most amusing thing ive seen all day EAT DAT CAKE EAT IT GOOD!

  • Okay, does it bother anyone else when you're trying to listen to MUSIC and instead you have to sit through an advert for some crap?

Long live the Who and the Mighty Power of Rock and Roll!!

  • @kapat45 And who pays for you to listen to the music? To make the music, to support the bandwidth? You can go out and by, or download, the song and PAY for it. Otherwise, you PAY, by being advertised at. YOUR CHOICE. But NOTHING is free, and never has been. 100+ years ago, a wax cylinder containing a reproducable song was a week's labor. Seventy years later a vinyl single cost you about an hours labor. Fifty years later, to hear a song, at your leisure, costs a 10-15 second advertisement.

  • @toolkien I'm not trying to be difficult but I resent that. I am very scrupulous when it comes to music - that means I never download illegally and, in fact, I have purchased this song at least three times (on vinyl, on the 'Quick One' CD and the 'Then and Now' CD). Furthermore, I would be perfectly willing to buy this video on DVD if I saw it.

I have NOTHING against advertising, I realize it serves a purpose. But how about some RELEVANT advertising. I'm not gonna buy Lady Gaga after the Who!

  • great vid!

  • @Theewatergirl64 copied comment

  • john entwistle is the man

  • you would think "vevo" would have enough class to at least post the lyrics to this song with the video. >:(

  • It's in a different key. Cool ;)

  • lol john looks like his enjoying that cake

  • yo

  • When I saw 'The kids are allright" in the theater and this video came on, I was laughing my ass off watching Keith shoving all that cake in his face, Hilarious!

  • Great drumming.

  • Pete opens the safe @ 1:06

  • @brownrich

    Nope.avi

  • Okay, who has ever done the "who joke". You know who is this band "Who" the band playing "Who" the band we are listening to "Who" etc. I did this on a deployment lasted a good 5 minutes.

  • this song is the fuckin' pure rock!!!

  • I love this video so much! John and the cake always makes me smile!

  • I love the way the copper walks into the room in pretty much the same second that Roger leaves. Either Roger is very stealthy or he's been informing on his bandmates. The cheeky swine.

  • I wish music these days was about cakes.

  • @gonzalez11122: Why does it have to?

  • 0:38 = "Fuck Yeah..."

  • 455 likes and 1 dislike? WHO FUCKED IT UP

  • This song features Roger Daltrey on lead vocals with John Entwistle singing the first verse (it's one of the only songs composed by Pete Townshend to feature John Entwistle on lead vocals). • okay honestly, 3 Doors Down being advertised on a Who song??? really Vevo?

  • @noobpowner901 I have Firefox w/ Adblock Plus... I don't have a clue what you are referring to... thank God.

  • @MaceMn it used to be a "related link" but it appears to have vanished

  • @noobpowner901 oic. I thought maybe it was an ad. I used to get ads before I downloaded the Adblock add-on.

  • 1 dislike?!! How could anyone not like Happy Jack?

  • @hoozyerdaddee Maybe it was Tommy Smothers. The drumming was a little too sloppy for his tastes.... if so maybe we can get Bill Cosby to finish what he started...

  • FUCK VEVO

  • poor cop

  • Dear Vevo, Let me start by saying that your filthy dick-rich corporation sucks youtube dry of democracy and fun. Ever since these big companies started paying off youtube so they could post their shit...etc, we have been getting flagged for infringement every time we include a song we like in our videos. This is YOUtube, the place where we can post OUR videos. To people who want greedy corporations expelled indefinitely from youtube - thumbs up and copy this into Vevo videos.

  • Keith Moon, best drummer I've ever heard, so often he lead The Who which is very unusual for a rock band.

  • I love all their outfits

  • Is this being released as Happy Gaddafi?

  • @LazzariJ lol!

  • That cake is scrummy looking, but Pete is scrummier!!!

  • Thumbs up for seeing John smile!

  • I saw the Who in NY a Murray the K show somewhere around 2nd ave up around the 50s in a huge old movie theatre from the thirties The headliners were Wilson Pickett and Mitch Ryder the Who had third billing they were already tearing up their instruments and there was also an unknown band making it's first appearance in the US the Cream This must have been around 1967 I'm guessing It was great there was a very fat black woman with about five kids in front of us who came alive when Wilson came out

  • did anybody notice the guy near the gramophone warching the who brake in the office at 0:07

  • @mikuz007 good catch!

  • @mikuz007 LOL OMG!

  • Actually, it was Pete, saying "I saw yer!" - Keith wasn't supposed to be singing on the track but Pete caught him at it XD Everything about this song and video makes me happy - adorable Pete and Keith, John's face at seeing the cake, Roger playing with the coin - so much happiness in one place! :D

  • actually he said "I saw you"

  • you can hear at the end where roger says "i saw you" to keith after he went for a smoke lol

  • best video ever

  • thumbs up for the bass intro!!!!

  • i think roger smoking

  • i love this song !!

  • There is just something existential in John's look when he takes that first bite of cake.....

  • The only band I can think of that pulled off lead vocals, lead bass, and lead drums in so many songs. In this particular song lead drums are just as lyrical as the vocals. I love that a band allowed so much space for each other. The mighty Beatles sure didn't, and even the mighty Zep really didn't either, not in the end anyway....Poor John Paul out parking cars and all.......

  • This is an early song about Jack abuse. Lying kids dropping things on Jack's back, and riding on his head in their furry donkey. Just because he was happy and couldn't sing. A year later they put him in a Jack sanctuary.

  • Hello there fellow Rockers.

Instead of a Rock rebellion i propose a new plan.

    1. Instead of bashin other Rock artists, we need to unite. We cant fight against pop music if we arent even together.

    2. Watch more and other rock videos to get it to the top of the youtube vid list.

    3. Instead of bashing pop, promote Rock with logical reasons, not just "ROCK RULES!".

If you like this idea, thumbs it up JUST so people can see it, and also spread it around if you like this idea.

  • @Berenueve Disagree ... No need to unite all rock artists. There are so many rock bands that suck, in fact most do.

There are so many rock artists that are self indulgent, boring, Guitar Hero friendly and overblown (arena rock, prog rock, album rock, heavy metal etc.). No need to unite bands/artists such as the Who, Elvis, Kinks, the Clash and Bo Diddley with them, eh?

What rock need is not unity, but to be renewed by another youth rebellion movement. Prolly a wet dream, though ...

  • @Berenueve i have another idea. instead of watching videos and playing guitar hero or promote or talk bullshit against pop rap etc ,go out, pick a guitar or a drum or a blank paper and start standing up agains what we dont want. no thumbs up required.

  • That's some awesome faces John makes, when he sees the cake and eats it.

  • This video was brilliant!

    Thank God for YouTube...

  • brilliant!...Keith sounds like he is playing with at least 3 arms...

  • @cythera431 One of my favorite Who songs for Kieth's drumming (plus it's just a great song in general).

  • i really love how john is whith the cake

  • How Keith eats the cake hahahahahahahaahhaha lmfao

    omg i can't breathe

  • No dislikes! Thats awesome man!!! woo hoo!

  • Is that a person behind the gramaphone in the very beginning,as they stumble into the room?!!

  • Funniest music Video I've EVER seen! :O haha its the best :DDD

  • John didnt seem that happy when he saw that cake was getting smushed.

  • Roger Daltrey looks hot but he'd be even sexier without his moustache

  • And all that happen in the Isle of Man? They still have those cakes?
