Hey, I have recently came across this camera in my moms closet, she doesn't really know anything about and I cant seem to find much online. I was wonder how you got the camera open.
@lulzjess notice in the video that dial on the top right is down then i swing the cam around and its up? you pull that dial up to open the camera. sorry i didn't have that part in the video.
i want to buy a zoomlens for this camera, but they are hard to find. you have any tips or advice on getting one? maybe with an adapter or so, as only Fujica X mounts fit.
Hey! I just inherited one of these from my grandfather. I can't tell if the exposure meter is working or not. I know this might sound dumb, but do you have to push any buttons or anything to get it to work? I got new batteries for it.
@fr0z3nmechanix I have the STX-2 but I am guessing that is the same case as the -1, I have to half depress the shutter to activate the light meter. What lense/s do you have?

having problems with the shutter being stuck open. cant get it to pop closed again. any tips on how to get it operating again. Was gonna cost me 60 bucks just to hand it over the counter. I aint got 60 bucks lol. Any help would be great
My grandpa gave me his as well as the same lens you had a flash and a long distance lense. It's fun.

@bymac3 great little gizmo that remote.. I could use one on my Olympus E 300 because the self timer is a real pain to get at.

I got the same one for $45 a flea market for photography class and it looks in good shape and works fine :)

ive got the stx 1n , i got it for $45 aus on ebay with flash , 80-200 lens such a nice camera.
