You are right, but you should understand the culture too. For 30 years (dont know before tht) they have been ghetoed and colonized and used to listening to whatever the bosses say....all of sudden you throw a ultra modern perspective that cannot be absorbed. Change is sustainable only when it is slow, steady and attracts the roots of the culture. You cannot change things in one day.
