Most current day arabs are a mix of white and blacks. But race is a very complex subject. Both the black and white races are split into many subgroups and bloodlines. Its not as simple as to say ur black or ur white. Its a lot more complex then that. For example most American blacks originate from west africa or subsaharan region. The Eastern and western Africans are totally different people. The blacks in sudan for example are all 7 feet tall or higher while pigmies are 4-5 feet tall.

i dont think its that much of a race thing but more a group thing. As africans would live with africans and semites would live with semites.
