Strapping someone down and forcing a needle into their arm is assault pure and simple. I dont care what the law says, theres a law higher than the ones jackboots like Acevedo follows. The council needs to kick this public servant, does he realize he is one, back into touch. If they dont they need to start being voted out of office.

No Refusal  seems to be Constitutionally questionably, but Peace Officers do need a way to prevent dangerous drivers from endangering us all. But stopping everyone on the road, to question and test them is suspicious. Lets require the Officers to take the same test by blood when they start their shift. Same for judges. WHO are the Servants and WHO are the masters.
