The original video compression, as well as Youtube's compression will compress the audio into only a few channels, the loss of audio you hear is the original source video missing sound because his computer was unable to play, or the program's settings otherwise restricted the maximum amount of audio channels playing at once

@dictatorllama Yeah, hi, computers aren't omnipotent. They have limitations as well, including the sort of tones they can simulate. I haven't personally tried to run the actual Death Waltz through any simulator software, but like I said, its literally impossible to play (referring to people using their hands to play, on an actual instrument), and I've heard it can't really be fully synthesized either.
