This is the visual from the music video on MTV. My guess is they dubbed the audio at a later time. The visuals are awesome. They simply needed a better soundtrack.

3:26, Sammy was supposed to finish the chorus and go into the final part of the song but he didn't, and said it a 5th time, causing a bit of a mess up from the other band mates. Either way, I'd been looking for this for a long time and I'm so glad I found it. Look how Sammy's hair is a little bit shorter in the back than it is in most footage from the 5150 tour. This was probably early in the tour.
