Since beginning Cancer treatments in Aug. 1211, I have been punished by these caring folks...
Ive been laughed at,lied to,isolated,name called,sworn at & physically injured by Cottage staff.
Today, I recieved a letter by the person in charge of patient complaints...it said " A review of your complaints shows cottage hosp. followed protocol & your treatment was par for this est.!!"

It apologized for my "perception" of events!
Cottage Hospital...where abuse runs rampant.
