Houses in Magodo are very nice, but only the few(THE UPPER RICH) can afford to live there. What baffles me about nigeria real estate market is who determine the prices of the land, and even the price of a house because I still wonder how a plot of land can cost 25 million naira in some areas and a house advertise for 80million naira....
the theifs liveing there should have spend part of the money they spent on the fence on the roads.individual richenes does not make the country a rich country,the drinage systerm is bad,is all a wast of land.how many are each of this family to occupied such a big selfish buiding.sham
