Live axles, welded diffs, or solid axles, its all the same thing. Racers have been using them for ages. They are way more predictable and durable than lim-slip. diffs. Hell, even the 2012 Mustang is still using a live axle and certain models of it can pull 1G on the skidpad STOCK. Have fun with your one wheel peels when you wear out that non-solid differential.

@newtonty1 you have apparently never driven a car with a locked rear end. my car is much more predictable and easier to drive with a locked rear end than with a viscous or open diff. if you cant drive a car at low speeds in rain then you shouldn't be driving at all

well if the skyline is not street legal, and you want a street legal car, yea getting an silvia wouldn't be bad, but s13's are junk compared to S14's in my opinion, they have lots of issues that S14's don't have

@T3M0Z You can find it on the internet, i have never done it personally, i think you need the spindle, lower control arm, hub, and rotors for the front. You can use the rear drum e-brake setup from the 300zx as well, it allows you to lock up the rear tires easily while drifting and still have the click to lock hand brake setup for parking.

@robo3060 seems fairly stock ...and looks to be a DD, 312whp for a DD is a good number...eventually he will get bored and modify more. But in the end it's not an easy swap and if it isnt running amazing the first little while the motor is in it's not a big deal. good job with the swap, straight piped rb is sex!

Yea, we pulled the engine to do some small upgrades and put an RB26 Oil Pump on it and the engine completely died because of no oil.

He bought another RB25 and put another RB26 oil pump on it and it died also...
