excellent. you should listen to this piece being pplayed by zakir hussain. its on youtube. i think it was in his younger days. the speed is out of this world. I like anindo style because it is traditional. But if I want speed, no one like Zakir. But thirakwa khan saab played faster than zakir!!!! anyway....just an observation....hats off to all the masters

Lay audience wont understand the technical aspect. So in order to please them you have to play fast drum rolls etc. This is why Zakir became so famous. He knows how to please the crowd but he isnt as good as Anindo.
