  • I have lived the hellish nightmare for fighting for my only child. I was illegally evicted from my beautiful home over a escrow scam. On top of proof of an illegal foreclosure my child at 2yrs old was unlawfully kidnapped about 2 yrs before my home was stolen. Wells Fargo is full of fraud. Please you tube my name Amy Charron and Gov. Rick Perry and you tube my name as well. I lost everything illegally just for fighting for my girl and still no justice. This injustice should never of happened!

  • These people that are Posting: "Pay your Damn bills", and the like do NOT understand Wells Fargo Bank. Here's their M.O. "Auto pay" (the Bank can withdraw the monthly payment from your account). Wells Fargo will withdraw monthly payments but after time they decide to NOT apply it to the Home loan. They "set it aside" in a non-applied account. (Not in owners name). Then they send notices Of Foreclosure. You'll have to hire a lawyer to get it straightened out AND that COSTS YOU!

  • Yes this company is very dishonest and disorganized. I have dealt with them and yes they attempted to trick me out of my house but were unsuccessful. I can't believe there are negative comments on here pertaining to someone paying their bills when someone has had cancer. Let's hope you are never in this situation. You contribute to the problem by sticking up for the banks when they were given money to help people in need such as this and instead are pocketing the money.

  • Pay your damn bills! It's not the banks fault. You promised to pay. All you deadbeats with Obama sense of entitlement seem to think you are owed everything. If you went to work and your employer didn't pay you wouldn't you be a little upset? Wouldn't you want the money that is yours? Would you be seeking to "modify" your earnings?

  • Hey , I feel for anyone loosing there house and even worse when they are struck with cancer, but at 66 should you be going into debt to buy a second home? Only in America does this happen seince we are GREAT AMERICAN CONSUMERS and have stopped depending on common sence and started depending on credit witch feeds the banking beast. Start using common sence and stop feeding the beast and you wont get eatten by mistake.

  • Please... If you borrowed $100k from anyone and then renig'd they would punch you in the face and sell the property. You would do the same if one of your tenants stop making payments.
