  • I can name five teams that favre could start for

  • @melojordans23 even at 42 years old i agree. hahaha.

  • Wisconsinfag here. In my opinion Brett Favre always seemed pretty modest and almost a little uncomfortable with his fame. Then recently he had a midlife crisis or something and became the biggest douche ever. It's kind of sad, but who really cares I guess, it's his own legacy that he's tarnishing.

  • Brett Favre needs to enjoy retirement and stay out of the spotlight for a while, I'm sick of his flip flopping on whether to come back to football or not.

If he wants to be involved in football, he should coach a high school team.

  • They already signed Kerry Collins who is almost as old as favre

  • He's a professional athlete. Of course he's an attention whore. Show mean professional athlete who isn't.

  • I have to agree

  • the thumbnail alone on this video made me laugh.

  • Does anyone else watch TYT sports to A.) Laugh at how epic that intro music is and the ironic contrast of having it overlay some dismal, low rent graphics and B.) to laugh at the relentless hate and vitriol in the comments section directed at Ben, and to see how and when he will react to it?

  • @mochamatrix

    B) but mostly, it's funny watching ben not give a **** about what he says, and ppl going into rage.

  • Ben, stop riding Favre's cock you Stan....

  • Ben, let me in that fantasy football league so I can whoop yo ass!

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but he's been pretty quiet since his last retirement right? Most of the rumors about him returning are fueled by ESPN headlines trying to draw readers to their website.

  • It's gotta be tough when your brain tells you to retire, but your penis wants another 2-3 years of exposure.

  • No, goddamit....Go away!

  • Is this the fourth time?

  • Yes.

  • I don't care one way or another.I just hope that he doe's not walk out mid-season.He still got a little magic left.

  • why is his name pronounced farv when its spelt favre?

  • @0703514r How else would you pronounce favre? That's the obvious pronunciation

  • @AEgamesFtw Not really.

  • @ItsMeDauntless Correction: It's obviously the correct pronunciation to anyone with a middle school level of education. The only other obvious pronunciation would be (farv-ray).

Like I said, how else would you pronounce it?

  • @AEgamesFtw Your tone is condescending, so you're OBVIOUSLY correct, right?

I can smell the smug from a mile away, pal.

Fahv-ray? Fay-ver? Dunno, but looking at the name, Fahrve isn't the first thing that comes to mind.

  • @ItsMeDauntless Farv is one of the first things that would come to the mind of a good speller. Like I said, the other thing it could look like would be farv-ray.

  • @AEgamesFtw I don't understand why you think it's so natural that the r should be said before the v when the v clearly comes before the r. That may be how it's pronounced in his name, but I've never seen it like that anywhere else.

It's really not something you see everyday and it's not common knowledge, so the condescending tone isn't needed.

  • @ItsMeDauntless It's obviously not a name of english origin. I was only saying, a lot of people would see the "re" ending and assume the "long" pronunciation of the A.

  • @AEgamesFtw Well if it was spelled Farve, then yes that would be an obvious conclusion to come to, but because of the odd spelling one would naturally assume the v is said before the r.

  • @ItsMeDauntless No. One wouldn't assume you pronounce it like that unless they were inexperienced with spelling/languages. I already said, It's obviously not a name of English origin, and therefore you'd automatically take that into account when saying it in their mind.

Similarly, words like "Sabre" are not pronounced (sabb-ree). Frequent or heavy readers, would look at words like this and estimate the pronunciation more accurately.

  • @AEgamesFtw Again, not common knowledge.

If I saw a guy named Michael Capre, I wouldn't immediately jump to the conclusion that it's pronounced "Carp"

  • @AEgamesFtw WTF are you talking about? So how would you pronounce Jon Favreau the Directors name? Frequent or heavy readers would look at words more phonetically!

  • @0703514r Its because his name comes from French. He's Cajun from Mississippi. The pronunciation has just gotten a little twang-ified over the years. It probably was closer to "Fauve-rah" many generations ago, but its become "Fahrv" as it got Anglo-fied and twang-ified over the years.

  • @0703514r Like my mom's maiden name, Hebert (pronounced ay-BEAR). We had some distant cousins who moved to Wisconsin generations back, and they call themselves Ebert (EE-burt) because its gotten Anglo-fied.

  • Favre= asshole or attention whore I don't care......

  • I don't want to see Favre being the guy to replace Manning if Manning's consecutive start streak ends. Also, I doubt Favre would be happy being relegated to backup when Manning is ready to go.

  • I hope he plays for another 10 years

  • OFCOURRRRRRRRRRRRRSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • They signed Kerry Collins ,Story is over.

  • Does a bear poop in the woods?

  • Do you really need to ask that question?

  • Come back and play, No?...... (silence) lol

  • Is he coming back again?

  • is the sky blue? of course he's an attention whore.

  • please retitle this video to 'Is water wet?'

  • ...ben got em...certainly changed my mind lmao good points ben

  • HES COMING BACK AGAIN O.O

  • Too late they got Collins

  • Is tyt annoying?

    Absolutely.

DId I need an entire vlog dedicated to that conclusion?

    No.
