  • Do your homework. Many of these companies INCLUDING THIS ONE, has technicians that are NOT licensed by FL state and can ruin your home. They use someone in the company who has a license, for billing, then send a flunkee to handle your disaster. Buyer beware. Ask for ID when they show up AND check them out online under Florida State Licensing Board to see if that person has a license to work with mold. They bill right up to the policy limits. No wonder no one wants to write insurance in FL.
