I even copied his journal down.But it is clearly impossible for Cicero to be THE Adoring Fan from Oblivion. First of all, the Adoring Fan was a Wood Elf; Cicero is an Imperial. Second of all, the Adoring Fan lived in the 3rd Era, while Cicero lived in the 4th. He isn't a vampire, so he can't possibly be that old. And last time I checked the Adoring Fan didn't kill me. It was the other way around.

So he left, and after I was tired of looking for map markers, I just decided to WALK back to the Imperial City to see if I'd get any markers.
