@Doubl3Rainb0w There are 2 rods in the end of the Storage :) And if you haven't gone in to the Study, then you see a Oil potion, and when you're close to pick it up, the Shadow "yells" and the glass is damaged :) Pick up anything and throw it on the Window, then you just jump on the ledges and then you'll find it in the next room :)
