this dish is really easy to make, i've actually made it a few times, i dont think mana was the sole creater of this dish is he? because all the ingredients and the end result looks just like this recipe i know of.

No, hes not the creator, this is just simply his version of the dish. He puts recipes in Mon+Amour and I just decided to give it a try.
