@kumalx1 How'd that "Zero" do in 2010 when he didn't have Pau Gasol with him? 6th place with a 5-4 record? In fact how'd that "Zero" do in the Olympic games in 2008? 6.5 points and 1.3 assists. He sucked until the gold medal game when he scored 18 points so you can imagine what he averaged before that. Without the Gasol brothers Spain is a quarter-finals team.

@gabepizza First Thanks for your coments, In the same way Gasol (Pau) was injured in the finals of Japan wold championships, and the spanish team wim by 20 or more to Grece. Gasols brothers are a very very important menbers but don't miss others as NAVARRO (MVP in this tournament) who is growing from less to more. At Olympic Games in 2008 Navarro was half injured, and Usa was "Travelling" all the way of the court,?, Spanish team had a silver medal it's not bad at all.

@kumalx1 I knew you would mention that game. It's the same in the NBA, a team can lose their best player and still play at a high level for a game or two but not a whole tournament. Without the Gasol brothers Spain is a quarter-finals team but without Navarro they are just as good, they could find someone else, like Rudy to take his role.

@gabepizza All of them are important, they act like a team they play as a team. Each one its importat even players like Sada or San Emeterio that only has played a few. Of course if you miss two importat pieces , the team could not be the same. Look at NBA a TEAM WIN NBA 2011 champonship Dallas to other plenty of inviduals players as Miami. what if Quit Nowitzki and Kid (for example). Nowitzki play in germany but the team falls, and Pau pay in Lakers and missed finals.
