Yeah, it was up there for a good 5 minutes, raining death down below. It took me 2 attempts to sneak up on the left using Camo to board it and jam a grenade into it.
I was towards the left side of the map, by the cliff, but I saw it happen. The Scorpion is occupying the space where the Wraith spawns. Intentionally or not, I don't know. When it spawns, it launches the Scorpion to the top of the structure. He sat up there for a while, destroying everyone. I had to sneak right up there using Active Camo and pummel the thing.
