See I got this sort of by accident on my second play through. It was on the quest when you first meet Jin. When you go to the mechanic. He says you have to protect the workshop and the infected (runners) come after you. I don't know why but whenever they run at me I decapitate them in one shot. I just got it there on that quest.

another way is durring the quest the strong survive its only infected that attack you in waves of 2 stand there with a good machete and aim for the head :D

Another good way to do it is to find a good cleaver and just throw it, aiming high so you get the decapitation.

@PrestigeIsKey I just got that today, its not as hard as it sounds. I just jumped on a car and killed the zombies that way as they cannot reach you, I did however use the gabriel sledgehammer that you get for completling the last of the church missions off the nun.

@Wolverine131455 In the options menu you can choose an analog fighting style. This means you will fight by flicking the sticks and not by using the trigger. Make sense? :) Great question.

The achievement still comes up if you kick walkers but not infected and I didn't uses my weapon on the walkers so if you kill an infected and then kill walker with your weapon it mite not work

@MrMatrixman92 It is really difficult without joining a lower level. But if you use an upgraded blade and take them to a pool you can stand above then and swipe thier heads off :)
