I don't know how considering it's at it's core a classic example of happy-go-lucky power-pop, but every time I listen to this I start feeling like it's the saddest thing I've ever heard.
I don't mean to be pretentious, but something about this is really dark. A great track, but it's tragic. Surely I'm not the only one?
