I agree. I liked Bush, but the problem is that his voice was more progressive, while Joey's is more thrashy. I think that's the main reason why Anthrax became ignored after Joey left the band. Since Joey is back now and the big 4 tour going on now, hopefully they can become well known again. I'm glad that Bush is focusing only on Armored Saint now. That means we get the best from both bands.

Best Thrash bands to me are: Atheist, Toxik, Vektor, and Watchtower.

Metallica, Megadeth, and Slayer are overrated. Great bands, but overrated.

Yes, I love all the progressive/tech thrash. I've heard of Mekong Delta, they're another band I've yet to give a proper listen to, and Coroner... Well, they don't quite do it for me, but I'll give them another chance.

I've yet to find a kid in my school who knows Anthrax. They know Metallica n' Slayer and the typical songs, heard of Megadeth, but don't know Anthrax.

1990 show with maiden was one of the cleanest sounding big venue concerts i have ever seen. both sounded so true to their albums. it was a refreshing change from seeing guns n roses the show before. axl sounded like he swallowed a frog. maiden and anthrax sounded awesome. if i remember right the stage drop was this album cover.
