dude I think this is to make fun of parry. This is only 1 idea that he has. So what he thinks this 1 thing just 1 thing that probely will never even pass. But think about what else rick parry has made over a million jobs in Texas and everywhere else they lost thousands. I know most of you are 15 year olds or ppl who dont even know politics to a small extent but he has plans and if you held up each president like before with things like this well we wouldn't get to chose presidents.
