I liked 4 better. Underground is a little odd with its story and stuff but worth it if you like the craziness/fun of TH.

I can not jump cop cars over bridge. Tried holding A, tried doing nothing. Tried L or R. What gives?

I think I skitch the car until it says to let go. I always hold A while skitching, push down, aim for the ramp and jump off of it. Don't jump too early.

In this video I wouldn't even jump over the whole thing but I get far enough for the game to let me through.

click the down arrow a little before he says "OK, Let Go" and the ramp will take you the way over.
