@Ghillie334 Unfortunetly, we suffered a large budget cut this year and all orientation flights in CAP aircraft have been suspended temporarily, but nat'l says that they will be up and running soon

@BlackKnightJ1108 COWG Encampment is most likely one of the stricter encampments. However, with this, it imposes a higher level of disipline which has personally helped me as a cadet. So yes, it is a tough challenge, but it's certainly worth it! Are you looking at it for your basic encampment?

If you are 17 to 20 you can be in the military while still in the CAP cadet program. But you will probably never attend anymore cadet meetings. Unless you happen to be on a break.

It really depends on what squadron you will be in. Some squadrons arrange heli flights for their cadets, and some states have helo flights at encampments
