Just because a woman is leading another woman does not automatically make them a lesbian couple--and does not automatically mean either of them are even lesbians. I am a lady, I love to lead and follow Argentine Tango, and I am not a lesbian.
There is no sexually specific Tango, there is just Tango--whether it's a man leading a woman, a man leading a man, a woman leading a woman, or a woman leading a man.
