@MrWeebleIsBest you get it from doing a quest in the shivering isles. you have to go to a stronghold or something and you end up killing 3 treasure hunters with some wicked traps. one of them has dawn/duskfang.

its part of the shivering isles main quest for sheogarrath

ok... when i did this... i tried to be smart, and got some frost salts.. summoned an atronach. made it stand on the opossite side of the room. and cast a 95% reflect spell on it for 10 seconds... then imediately used the skull of coruption "of course droping it when needed" and it worked... so u can do it the long way or the short way... wich evers easy to do.... oh. and of course do all the saving and loading too.... it helps.. ty for the video.....

@msgoldoche2 yes but with the thieves guild it is a dropless/weightless quest item. Once you reach Arch Mage in the mages guild the staff belongs to you, not stolen and quest related

get far enough to give yourself open time to make your char finish the action at the same time not to hit the scamp.

@UnbeatableInMLG if you make the custom spell on target instead of touch, you can stay very far away and cast the spell and dirrectly use the staff.

and paralyze the scamp first, then run away.

the reason you have to stay far away is cause your character will finish the move before the magic has reached your target, and drop the staff before the scamp is affected by the its magic

Yea dude. Just think of the x button being in the same place as the A button. So when they want you to press a on xbox 360 , you'd press where the A button would be on a ps3 controller. (bottom button of the four on the right side of the controller xD)
