I fail to see how any Congress can give up American property rights either by law or by treaty without a constitutional amendment. We need some cases challenging the constitutionality of some of the EPA regs.

I think what we have here, agenda 21 is basically merchantilism. look it up, it , who decides what is justice or not? justice would be the productive helping the unproductive voluntarily, not through gov force by theft. no where in God's laws do we see that being equal means having the same house, car, life or choices or consequences of our decisions (free will exercise here)

some make bad decisions some good, justice is that the good person benefits from their good choices more than bad.

The idea being that they needed a better handle on foreign policy. Ran their own candidate for president - Jimmy Carter. He single handedly put the Steel, textile and shoe industry out of business in this country, by eliminating trade tariffs.
