without a doubt they have a sick program....i prolly shouldnt have said theyre weak....all i was trying to get at is that a dynamic warmup wouldnt hurt.....but whatever works....i guess it made more sense to me after hearing mike boyle's take on static stretching
@714chirag maybe u should try stretching like that maybe u will lose a couple of pounds and actually be able to play a game of basketball instead of making fun of how the amazing team Duke does.
@Zaitsevsz : PNF with short holds or simply dynamic would have been better yes, last thing you want to do pre-game/comp is stretch the quads/hamstrings/calfs or glutes statically.
@adarqui I would agree had they done this right before they played, but they didn't. They did this almost an hour before tip-off... so in my opinion it is fine!
Fundamentals...what a lot of teams have seemed to forget and disregarded as important.
