  • @PadrethePio hahaha true dat

  • @Sporks19 well not my babies. but imagine those babies in formula? they would have probably done worse. It's not about the benefits of breastfeeding but the risks of formula feeding. These risks are carried out to adulthood, such as diabetes, cancer, obesity, etc. Try to search: "Formula Fed America" here in youtube.

  • Das ist doch krank

  • very good information.

  • are you totally off? You have problems if you whack off to mothers feeding their newborn child and trust me I bet you weren't the most attractive child when you were barely born and crying.

  • lol, how does a woman produce milk for that long? Like.. I thought the breasts stopped producing milk a few months after the baby is born

  • Oh no. As long as she's being suckled she'll produce. In fact, many cultures endorse breastfeeding until 5 (including ayurvedic principles). 5 is the age at which most people go lactose intolerant.

  • man that's crazy. I had no idea

  • Yes...lol! and my kids are happier, healthier....i would do it all over again, even if i could get arrested!

  • Breastfeeding over the age of 3 just wrong. Breastfeeding at the age of 8 years old is sick. For Christ sakes the kids is in grade school and still breastfeeding that is sick.

  • You don not know me and my family and shouldn't judge people by standards.

  • betcha both of your kids are fat.

  • on the contrary. If you see my kids' videos you will see that they are perfectly normal. they are HEALTHY.

  • im sorry anelisamd, but unless you've done some sort of test, you can't link you child's "never getting sick" to breastfeeding. Lots of people that have been put on formula never get sick either.

I am an advocate of breastfeeing, but bold claims like this make me uneasy...

  • Rygas, Iam an MD, and it has been proven that babies bottlefed get higher numbers of otites, allergies, etc. my babies never had otites, allergies, diarrhea, and

i am sure breastfeeding played a huge role on that...but that is just me, each person can believe whatever he/she wants.

  • I know about tests on formula fed babies v. breastfed babies. I am a pre-med student myself :)

I didn't mean to sound mean. I just wanted to clarify that correlating a child never getting sick with breastfeeding can be incorrect. Of course there's a good chance that breastfeeding helped, but there are too many extraneous variables to pass off that claim as true.

  • They do get sick for a short period of time, shorter than bottlefed babies. This includes ear infections, thrush, and the long life health of the baby when he/she gets older. Breastfeeding helps to set up a healthier life to someone as an adult, it's proven.

  • breast feeding herts

  • then you are doing it wrong, go to la leche league and find some help, breastfeeding is the most pleasant and rewarding thing to do, it should not hurt...

  • @enithhernandez well that isn't neccesarily true because at least the first week for me was painful and i wanted to give up because my baby wasn't latching on and i had a lot of trouble even with a lactation specialist.once i got the hang of it,it was a very pleasant experience.anyway, my point is, that it is wrong to tell another mother that she is "doing it wrong" because a lot of the time,it's not the mom's fault.just because you got the hang of it quickly doesn't mean everyone can...........

  • naw stds can be trasnmitted thru breast milk and other bodily fluids except saliva

  • ... stds transmit thru blood and mother to child when born -.- breast milk doesnt do any harm

  • I think you all should say "Thank you momma!"...

  • BOOBIES!!!!

  • Don't worry, people. These are the women that are at least over 40.

  • breast fedin gi svery good 4 the child cuz it builds up their immune system, helps grown brains cells, and helps with their eye sight, its also the most perfect food on the planet cuz it comes from the body

  • oo baby had a nice moo moo over that

  • i wasn't breastfed and i'm perfectly healthy.

  • And that is statistically significant because...? You're one person. That means that it wasn't you who died because of formula doubling the SIDS risk - lucky you. Some other babies died instead.

  • I was breastfed and I've never broken a bone, never had an infection, never needed surgery, and my IQ is most likely higher than it would have been if I'd been fed formula.

  • Breastmilk is not just "best", it is THE normal, healthy food. Formula is WAY substandard nutrition for babies.

  • umm i was breastfed and barely ever sick

  • pregnant women possibly? If breastfeeding does not interest you, maybe you ought to avoid videos with breastfeeding in the title.

  • Grangmouth. WHO? People who care about children. YOU were obviously looking for porn. Mothers and fathers who love their children give a darn. That's who.

Maybe if YOU had been breastfed, you'd be intelligent enough to understand why this is SO important.

YOU are a living example of the dangers of NOT breastfeeding.

  • dude, who posts this stuff in YT??

  • mr. youtube porno

  • HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!! SMILE!

    im a mother too :)

  • Nice interesting post! But, have you seen what happens if you put diamonds in a blender? Check it out blend.lostfrog 'dot' com

  • unless you eat healthy and your foods are not fill with chemical, don't breast feed your baby.

  • that is incorrect. Women in developing nations with extremely poor nutrition are better off breastfeeding. Artifical baby 'fromula' is made ...well...artifically, and it's associated with a range of poor outcomes.

  • you should talk to a real doctor instead of watching videos then making your own assessment

  • What do you think is in formula?? Loads & loads of chemicals! Breastfeeding is still better for your baby!

  • Actually it is still possible to breastfeed an adopted baby - Some women can lactate without ever being pregnant.

Having said that, formula does obviously have it's uses in cases like yours - but please remember that it is the FOURTH best option for feeding a baby.

  • i was also very sick when i was adopted because of a piece if $hit birth mother who feeds a 2 week old adult cerial. so i had to have some kind of special fomula because i couldnt even digest regular milk for a looong time.

  • chad, actually it is possible for a woman to induce lactation even if she has never had a baby. it's hard work for mom, doesn't always work & if it does she may not have a full compliment of milk so she'd need to supplement. but she could do that with a devise used while breastfeeding. so it is possible but not a lot of moms are motivated to do this & timing can be an issue with adoption. sometimes it's hard to know when to start inducing lactation if u don't know when u will be getting baby!

  • chad, also, honey, none of this is supposed to make you or your mom feel guilty. it's OK that you weren't breastfed! But now that you know more maybe if you ever have a baby it will be! =)

  • well yes of course my child will be breastfed. :D

  • I am so happy to hear that Chad! ;)

  • actually... adoptive mothers are able to breastfeed with hard work but it is possible :) you can google it...

  • Yep, diet affects your breastmilk. How could it not? What do you think blood cells are made of, if it's not the food you eat? What do you think the body uses to produce milk? The mother's diseases as well as immunities can be passed to the baby through breastmilk, and so can poisons.

  • That's incorrect. diseases are not passed by breast-milk. Are you employed by a formula company?

  • Usually, STD's are transmitted by contact with blood or bacteria, usually around the genitals. Get your facts straight.

  • Germs don't live very long outside of the human body. Also, nipples are kind of exits only. Nothing can get into the breast from the outside, other than a needle or something. A boob has never been inflated by blowing into the nipple. So STDs can't be transmitted in that way. It's not logical if you are educated about STDs , sourfeet.

  • The germs comment was in response to the dude that posted about the dad with an std.

  • ...yeah. Okay. First off, I doubt that any STDs, in saliva, would survive for very long on the outside surface of the breast/nipple. Second off, even if they did, the STD would be washed off the next time she took a shower. Third off, nipples are exits. Fourth... saliva isn't really a noted carrier of many STDs.

  • Diseases CAN be passed through breastmilk with HIV being an example of one. However in third world countries, babies have a better chance of surviving if breastfed from a HIV+ mother than being formula fed (this is only up to a certain age)

Toxins are also passed through breastmilk but Breastfeeding is still better for baby than formula!

  • very good to know for when I have my baby!! thankyou for posting!

  • It's funny how "marimen" down there thinks breastfeeding is "incestuous", so tell me mr unhappiest-loneliest-man-probably-worst-lover on Earth: why do female mammals get breasts? why do female dogs get breasts? why do female whales, felines, bats, buffalo, etcetera all get breasts? Are you saying God, mother nature, or whatever created mammals, is a PERVERT who only wanted to encourage some kind of incestuous activities?

Oh I know, especially the bats, those kinky fuckers! Geez!

  • Breastfeeding is INCESTUOUS. Nowadays there is no need to breastfeed -using breast pumps the baby gets the same benefits of the breast milk-. It is just an excuse for some mothers to satisfied an ill perversion. Those videos should be banned

  • my first child was breast feed for 14 months and had 8 ear infections the first 2 years of her life and foot hand and mouth, colds, streap, croup, and now she is 10 years old and has had cronic asthma for 5 years. My second child was breast feed for 2 weeks both bottle and breast and has had nothing and slept 5 hours from birth and 12 hours at 3 months old. explain that one 2 me?????????????????????????????????

  • Did people smoke around the first child? All of the things that you listed are common effects of second hand smoke in infants. Smoke settles in the ear canal, causing ear infections. It also settles in their new little lungs, causing colds, infections and asthma. Also, some kids are just ill. Honestly, breast feeding her probably wasn't the problem.

  • What happened to you when you were a child? Obviously something horrible enough to warp your perceptions of normal and good things.

  • Merimen......see below..

  • Breast milk is ideally suited for the average infant, delivering all needed nutrients. It is a species-specific liquid containing unique substances such as living cells (e.g., macrophages), hormones, antibodies, active enzymes (which promote gut maturation, facilitate digestion and stimulate passage of meconium) and other proteins (e.g., immunoglobulins such as IgA) that cannot be

  • ....artificially supplied to the infant.5 Breast milk composition varies on a diurnal basis, and its fat content changes according to the time of the feeding episode ("fore" milk versus "hind" milk).3 Early milk (colostrum) contains proportionally greater amounts of protein and minerals and less fat than mature milk. These ratios reverse as the infant ages.

  • Actually, no. They don't get the same benefits. Bonding is impeded, ear infections are more likely, and jaw development is hindered. Besides-- for some women, pumps DON'T WORK. Besides that, the breastmilk isn't static-- it changes depending on how much the baby is wanting. It can't tell that if you just hook up to a machine for a half-hour.

  • bollocks what a load of bollocks they make out that if u dont breast feed u r going to get cancer and die or the baby is going to die its bollocks how many babys die if not beast fedd all you who like breat feeding you r sick and i hope u die

  • So... we're sick because we'd like our (in my case hypothetical) children to have fewer infections, stronger bones, higher IQs, better jaw development, a stronger bond to the mother, and more nutrition? BTW, nobody knows how many babIES die if they're not breast fed. I don't think it's a commonly asked question when they're figuring out a crib death.

  • It's now a part of the mission of UNICEF, and the World Health Organization to get mothers in developing countries to not buy the powdered formulas and start breast feeding. This is for many reasons including poor water conditions causing the deaths of many children from diarrhea, not to mention that the formula sold to these countries is not even second rate versions of the formula sold in the US.

  • The formula sold there is a strain on the parents financially, but the people don't know. Doctors there are funded by the formula companies, a big one being Nestle, to push the formula to women who would be better off with out it. In some instances, the mother goes back to work to pay for the formula that the doctor told her, falsely, that her baby needed.

  • FFS Toxic Breastmilk! Get over yourself. Formula will never be the better option for feeding a baby.

  • people need to upload more clips like this. I prefer funnier stuff myself, check out dolphinhump. lostfrog . com , I laughed so hard I got kicked out of class! haha.

  • Um yeah. You hear about breastfed babies dropping dead all the time from all those toxins. I know mine's barely hanging on...

  • oh noes! Mine, too!

I'd hate to live in the towns that he/she's talking about. Organic formula is not even comparable to breast milk. Just because it says "organic" doesn't mean that it's any better.

There are plenty of organic chemicals, but you don't see us wolfing them down, lol

  • Its true what iloveallecchianime is saying. But its not just chemicals from food. Its chemicals from cleaning products and deoderant as well. Im not sure but I think there's a way to test your breastmilk for these chemicals but you can be sure that unless you eat all organic food, have a maid, and smell bad, you're chalk full of chemicals.

  • I've read that study and (1) it's trace amounts and (2) there's is no evidence that it's even harmful. Compare the relative pros and cons of organic formula over breastmilk.

Pros: avoid trace amounts of chemicals we don't even know are harmful in the first place.

Cons: feed your child foreign proteins resulting in more food allergies and deny them access to mom's natural immunities.

Mmmm...methinks I'll take my chances with the breastmilk, thank you very much.

  • me thinks the same

  • Pumps don't work for everyone.

  • That seemed like a comment out of nowhere. Remeber that there area range of punps and some are better than others. And if you are having trouble breastfeeding (all too common in modern society) do seek help from a lactation consultant.

  • I heard breastmilk is actuall toxic cause of all the pesticides used and additives in food....just use organic formula....or just stop having so many dam kids just so they can grow up to kill themselves!!

  • Your not suppose to eat that stuff while your pregnant or breast feeding, duh... In fact you shouldn't be eating toxic foods to begin with. Formula should only be use to supplement breast feeding.

  • Im saying UNLESS you eat all ORGANIC foods and dont drink tap water (most women do I think) then your hurting your kids!!! Im not a girl but I know if you cant do that much then you shouldnt have children!! But its probably too late as you get toxins even without knowing it!

  • Nope. Your diet does not effect your breast milk.

  • What a dickhead.

  • Yeah, 'cause we all know formula is so pure. :P

  • Nope. Diet does not affect your breast milk.

  • That's not really true. Google it.
