Freerunning and parkour are not the same thing. And for that sake, Belle is not into the freerunning scene. He's in the parkour scene. He even claimed himself that flips do not belongs to parkour, only that he do them because I think It is a pleasure.

Parkour and Free running are two completely different sports: Free run allows its doer to be creative (such as backflips, wallhops, frontflips etc). Parkour DOES NOT include any flips or show-off stuff like that.

Free-running is parkour with tricks thrown into the mix. When you see flips and spins = Free Running.

Otherwise, it's parkour. As simple as possible.

Parkour is not a sport as such, it is better described as a discipline (see wikipedia for a brilliant explination).

Parkour is not free running. Parkour is efficient movement. Free running is showoff flashy movement.
