Luxembourg is one of the countries in Europe that I know very little about, which was why I spent a weekend there. Excellent public transport, wonderful architecture, lovely countryside.
Most people speak English, as well as French, German and Luxembourgish, mor than a few get by in Dutch/Flemish. If you are ever in Europe, it is well worth a visit.
