very nice.the volvo with the flip up lights. what model is it.I was in europe a few times
and i remember a 340 and a 360. but i dont remember this one at all.I like it.I wish volvo could have imported to the US.I would have killed the jap crap cars.

@apexsignal1 - That was a Volvo 480.
Not sure what models Volvo did or didn't send to various markets. They never sent the Volvo 780 Bertone over to the UK as a right-hand-drive. The 780's were £35,000 even int the 80's! Italian bodywork meant that they were rust-buckets. I suppose they wouldn't havve tolerated UK rain anyway.
Like many Volvos of the time - the 480 had Renault engines. I don't think they were bad cars though - but not as good as a 100% Volvo.
