These constitutional reforms are the usual reasons the U.S. Govt. infiltrates and destroys other governments and societies. I wouldn't be surprise if a "spontaneous" terrorist threat magically appeared to destabilize the Bolivian Govt. After all the nerve of these people!? wanting decency and fairness!?
