my first thought when i heard it the first time was exactly what 93kd11 said: serj sounds like an angel! this song is really touching my heart and i can hear it again and again and again, i never go tired of it... and xmetl is absolutely right: the end of the live version is really great and i miss it in the studio version. but no matter which version i LOVE this song and i love serj, he is just wonderful!
