this song is about God. he says - im living for the only thing i know, which would be a pretty strong statement to make about a girl. "i'll take your invitation, you take all of me" im guessing thats stating his submission to God and letting God have full control over his life. the beginning part seems to describe the yearning he had for God, knowing that there was something better out there for him, rather than the life he was living.
