I have a little tips.

1) Learn the song lyrics and tune a bit better

2) Project your voice more; you're very quiet. The more you project, the better your voice will sound.

3) Keep your pitch consistent, you lose me in a few places.

4) Sing from your diaphragm, not your nose.

what u guys don't realize is that she's just a almost a good enough singer as the actual singer when he's without auto tune and the rest of the band playing over him. She's a good singer, it's just that she's not confident enough. Just realize the effects autotune can have effects on people. Great job, also, great job for being from timmins.
