why is hyperspeed easier? isn't it just gonna make it harder with it going faster?

It helps for some people (me), because they can see better what's the next note and what's the time difference between two notes.

how do oyu enter the hyperspeed cheat with a dualshock? Plz tell me cause i dont plan on getting a guitar controller almost beat expert with my dualshock and very good with it so can you or someone tell me how?
