Probably wrong but I'm guessing your china is a Zildjian ZHT or ZXT 16"? By the way awesome job on the solo man. My only complaint is one of personal taste, your largest floor tom looks just a lil too close to you and it may be easier to hit if you put it further away in the china's direction. But whatever works for you.

I cant decide on which set to get, i have played snare drum for 2 1/2 years and i wanna play hard metal like all that remains, as i lay dying, as blood runs black, august burns red.. the two sets im looking at are the new mapex meridian birch with hardware and all and the other one is tama superstar custom hyper-drive kit with hardware and all. also are zildjian custom ''A'' cymbals good?. please comment back! thanks

i don't know a lot about drums, but i'd say that you would be very happy with either of those kits, me, i'd probably go with the hyper-drive... and a custom cymbals are really nice and top of the range cymbals, but i don't see them working for the music you wanna play, go with something heavier man.

if i where u, i should take the hyperdrive. Jason Costa [from All That Remains] has got a hyperdrive to. In a metal situation, you can hear your toms not very well, lots of times. With the small sizes of the hyperdrive, you'll never got that problem. the sounds cuts trough everything. =)

Zildjian Custom A are pretty good. I prefer Paiste, but A is good voor rock and stuff like that. =)

i also believe Dan Torelli uses the hyperdrive (Madina Lake) and his drums sound absolutely incredible!

Pretty good man!

Your well on your way to being a very good drummer. You could get a much better sound by taking those toms off that bass drum and putting them on a tom stand so they get to full resenate rather then having some of the vibration go to the bass drum. Thats why you see alot of players with " virgin " bass drums. Nice sounding kit though.

thanks man, i had plenty of chances to go with undrilled bass drums but i definately wanted this setup, i may not have the best sound it can possibly be but i love it, also i've now got mics so i'm workin all that stuff out so it be sounding nice soon, thanks you :)
