This happens in states with no oversight committees. I've lived it. Honest, Christian, homeschooling parents, no arrest history, no drugs, no alcohol. "Friend" made false allegations (teens do this also). Permanently lost 4 beautiful children, no charges ever filed. I was threatened, shoved, bullied. DCF wouldn't allow children to talk to my attorney, despite CPS having interviewed them 3X. Kids told them repeatedly nothing happened. Children were adopted out. I have no idea where they are.

I don't know about you guys but this lady looks very believable. What I find unbelievable is that some national show like 60min,dateline, 20-20, etc. hasn't picked up on this. And in Texas the country was saying to the CPS: "Who the hell do you think you are?" I'm glad they got some razzing anyway even though I would have thrown the "goodie" tyrants into the filthy jail system for a year and barred them from any more decisions to pluck children.

If you are reading this GET INVOLVED!This is very real.DCF is a business that gets money according to the amount of children they "can keep on the books ".Please do your own research to determine this is very real and Florida is not safe.We are the only state the has this and no one seems to want to help.There is no accountability .Research how many investigators have been arrested for presenting forged documents aginst families and you will also learn that THIS IS VERY REAL!

If what u say happened really happened, then fight for theme. Take it to the supreme court if you have to, but don't make a video trying to to gain sympothy and tarnish the reputation of foster care adoptions. They have enough controversy from when ur "angels" that didn't have ADHD when handed over decide to burn down their foster home. People need to be more educated about this subject. Foster care has to exist...and sadly so does adoption. Period.

How were u forced? Unless someone put a gun to ur head and threatened to pull the trigger if u didn't sign, then you weren't forced. If u are as capable as you say of taking care of ur children, then u should be capable enough to determine if sighning a paper that CLEARLY states u are teminating rights...is really in ur best interest to sign.

I do believe there are a few cases that slip through the cracks, but what I see far more of is kids returning to bio homes that are still unsafe. That is the real tragedy.

As for making a profit...how exactly do u figure that? I mean I didn't pay a dime when I adopted my daughter. In fact the state took care of her finantially until she was 18. Most agencies are in debt, so believe me it would be easier and cheaper to get the bfamilies to actually complete the case plan so they can reunify instead of finding a suitable adoptive home and paying medical treatment, therapy, clothes and cost of living until the child ages out.

What is really sad is that there are millions of kids leaving foster care to go back to homes where they are severely abused and neglected. And the comment about them "going fast" is bs. Do u really believe that there is a line of people begging to adopt these kids that have been COMPLETELY fucked up by their bfamilies? No there isn't. In fact it is very hard to find foster homes let alone adoptive homes for these kids that have been in the system.

I have to comment because I am so sick of seeing videos like this. I believe there are cases that slip through the cracks and terminating rights is a mistake...but that is NOT the norm. I have been a foster parent for years and there have been "blonde hair, blue eyed" children in my home that I would've died to adopt....but guess what? They were sent back home because their parents actually followed through with the case plans.

seems like they take the kids away from good homes but, these are homes in which the parents cannot afford to pay lawyers to fight back. they take good kids from good homes and put them in places where all sorts of abuse goes on. the revolution will not be televised.

Typical CPS baloney. Here's how it works; CPS reps get a bonus for every child they place in a foster home. This means if there aren't many around to be adopted in your area, and you can't afford that vacation to Hawaii...you need to generate more 'victims', in order to make placements and make that cashola. This case in this vid, is indeed sad, and criminal. Please keep us posted on what's happening with these folks. Thanks.

Sounds like typical CPS in Texas too! These "child services" seem to NOT help the kids that need help and they take away kids from good homes.

Out battle is different... Texas court has ordered visitation rights from a guy who kid- er nice way of saying "Kept the mother away from her baby", who has assaulted the mother. We're sharing our videos since new threats against the mother began.

To the mother in this video - We wish you the best on this! It happens in Texas quite a lot too.
