Cockatoos screem and screech. I'm surprised Nito has put up with 5 cockatoos. I know i couldn't. I have 3 cockatiels and i enjoy the churpes. It is peachful. I don't think a male cockatiel would make a good apartment pet though because their vocal attetude.
